Whitefish, Montana.

I just arrived in Whitefish a few hours ago and am so excited to start my national park adventures.  At a gas station in Kalispell I found a black-billed magpie, a bird that drove me crazy on my trip to Malheur!  And here he was just hanging around the dumpsters at the local Exxon!

So pretty!

I checked out the Whitefish Lake city beach for a little bit...

Not too shabby!  Lots of swallows soaring around .. I believe this is where they're having fireworks tomorrow night. 

Yay I'm so excited to be on vacation!
