California Part I (Golden Gate Park)

I spent last weekend visiting my friend down in California... We managed to get outside a ton and I have a ridiculous number of photos to sort through... Here's the start of them...

On Saturday morning we walked through Golden Gate Park.  The birds were out in full force and it really felt like spring....

Steller's Jay

Chestnut-backed Chickadee

 Brown Creeper

 Dark-eyed Junco

 Common Yellowthroat

Black-crowned Night-Heron

California Towhee

 American Coot

People leave peanuts around for the squirrels...

And the ducks...?

Love that park!
