I took the dogs over to Kelley Point today since it's so freakin beautiful out... I wasn't expecting much for birds but I got lucky!  My first Bullock's Oriole of the year!!!



Woohoo my 200th bird of the year!!  And a cute lil ladybug too:


And the best prize of all, two dead-tired dogs!

    Congrats on the Bullock's Oriole this year. I always get excited for my first of year Oriole too as it was my "spark bird" at Deer Flat Wildlife Refuge in Nampa, Idaho.

    Great looking Bullocks looks like he just had a bath--and a smashing lady bird!!! I hear you on the tired dogs---mine are slowly recovering from their 700 mile (rt) vacation!
