Laurence guessed 174 species
Michele guessed 157 species
Sondra guessed 150 species and 15 lifers
Steve guessed 200 species and 60 lifers
Elvira guessed 163 species
Lauren guessed 173 species
Wow I really disappointed you all, didn't I? Haha, Sondra with 150 species definitely wins that round, but I suppose Steve wins on lifers.
Still nice to be back despite the rain kicking in again.. This Black-headed Grosbeak at my feeder yesterday was a thousand times sweeter than 20 at the feeders in Madera...
For some reason the grosbeaks only come in the rain... Good times!!

For someone who used to hate birds, you're sure making up for lost time! That's a job well done Jen. It's been fantastic following your travels and reading/seeing your sightings--the perfect thing to lead into summer.
